What a lovely guest house within walking distance of the town centre. It is in a very quiet residential area with its own off street parking. The owners were really friendly and helpful. We asked to park our car early as we were going on an afternoon cruise and they were very accommodating. The room was very pleasant and the bed very comfortable. It was lovely to have a really good supply of milk and sugar as we both like a few cups of tea in the morning and a lot of places only supply the bare minimum. There were plenty of bath towels and toiletries and a lovely touch was a separate flannel for make up removal to avoid make up stains on the white towels. Breakfast....well what can I say. Service fantastic. Food freshly cooked and plenty of it. I loved the fact that you pre order the night before so you can choose exactly what you want. Would recommend and we would stay again if we needed to stay in Llandudno another time. - Caroline Anne R
Enjoyed a two night break at Cleave Court. Room was of a good size and bed was very comfortable, the standard of cleanliness and decor was very good. Rodney was extremely welcoming and the choice and standard of the breakfast was also very good. Cleave Court also has the added bonus of it`s own off road parking and doesn`t take long to walk into the town or to the sea. We will definitely stay at Cleave Court again. - David L
