Every effort has been made to provide access to Cleave Court which is as safe and viable as possible, given the limitations imposed by the period architectural features and layout of the house.

The entrance porch of Cleave Court may be accessed by the level front path from the gate or by level path from the gravelled car park. 

Entrance through door to the porch is level with one shallow step up (approximately 4 cm) through internal door to reception hallway, where seating is available.

The internal door is locked at all times and guests are provided with keys on arrival.

Both the guest lounge and breakfast dining room are situated on the ground floor.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the 1st floor and bedroom 3 and 4 are on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately there is no lift available and all rooms are only accessible using the well lit staircase from the hallway.

There are 16 stairs to first floor  (5 + 3 + 8 ) and a further 16 stairs to second floor ( 7 +3 + 6 )

All stairs are approximately 90cms wide, with banister to right side ascending.

Assistance with baggage is available.

All rooms have en suite facilities. Room 1 has a shower enclosure and rooms 2, 3 and 4 have baths with shower fittings.

The breakfast menu, and where possible other printed information, is available in large print.

Special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement
